Our Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we've got you covered — you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging with tags still attached
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
To get started, just reach out to us at somalineighbors@gmail.com and we'll walk you through it. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label and clear instructions on where to send it. Please don't send anything back before reaching out — we won't be able to accept it without prior approval.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
Items We Can't Accept Returns On
Just a heads up — a few items aren't eligible for return:
- Sale items and gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, or flammable items

Exchanges
The easiest way to exchange an item is to return what you have and place a new order once your return is accepted. This ensures you get exactly what you want as quickly as possible.
Customers in the European Union
If your order is shipping to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it — no reason needed. The same conditions apply: item must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, plus proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know if it's been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank may take a little extra time to post it.
If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven't seen your refund, reach out to us at somalineighbors@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
