Shipping Policy
Every order ships with purpose. Thank you for being part of the neighborhood.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. During high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note: international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Wear Neighbors has no control over these fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, reach out to us at somalineighbors@gmail.com and we'll look into it.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or anyone else at your address
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- Reach out to us at somalineighbors@gmail.com — we'll do our best to help
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Wear Neighbors is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch a mistake right after ordering, contact us immediately at somalineighbors@gmail.com and we'll do our best to make the correction before it ships.
